tcn.lms.element.v1alpha1.Element.Process.AppendProcess(AppendProcess)

AppendProcess represents a process that downloads records from a File Transfer Service (FTS)
using an FTS ID and writes them to both a temporary file and the output stream.
The process uses an FTS iterator to read the data and tracks the file name
for downstream processing.
