ContactManagementEnrichment

ContactManagementEnrichment defines a process for enriching records with contact management data.
It searches for contacts in a specified contact list using either phone numbers or email addresses,
and can optionally create new contacts if they don't exist. The process supports field filtering
and country code specification for international phone number handling.
